Default Going Rate For WebDesign??

I was just wondering what you all though is a good going rate for webdesign? I am currently doing a Site for a realty company that is like 10 pages and integrates into the MLS database to be able to lookup houses and still stay on there site. They already have hosting and the domain name all I will be charging them for is my time. This is will be the 6th or so site that I have done for money but all those were really for friends and to get my name out there so I was really trying to see what market value would be for this one. Let me know what you think.

Here is another site that I have done just to kinda compare quality.

Thanks for the input!!
