xp skinning?

I'm getting bored of how my laptop looks (stock xp), any recommendations in skinning?

I prefer simplicity.

where do you get the widgets or whatever they're called that some people have on their desktops for XP? They kind of remind me of Mac OSX's dashboard...:thinking:
