Default Best Remedy for Razor burn?

Here lately, when I shave my throat/neck, I've been getting real bad razor burn. I have some after shave lotion, but it's just not cutting it anymore.

What do you guys use?

i would look into changing your brand of razor and possibly the type of lather you use.

i tried shaving gel and OUCH. Also, I switched brands of razor and now my skin has finally gotten used to it

Well I just used my electric razor for a quick job...and I usually don't get bad razor burn from my Mach 3 and Gillette Gel.

For me personally, I use the Bic razor that's 2 blades. I found for me that when I use those annoyingly retarded looking razors with like 3-4 blades it just give me problems. The Bic is more controllable and the lube used it pretty good and last through a few uses. For aftershave I use Gillette Fusion Hydra soothe. No complaints so far.
