How long should I wait before I do a call back....filled out the app yesterday around this time....Really interested in the position

The Coke Merchandiser position, I filled out the wrong app before, and I had to wait a week for them to post the right one...I also have an interview for Sofa Select on Saturday.....Gotta get a new job

 

I wouldn't call them since you just left it with them yesterday. Give them time to look it over and give it a few days before you do a follow up call. If they're really interested you'll get a call back.

 

It was an internet application over the website, they dont do paper apps

 

At least 2 days, up to a week depending on how quickly you think they're actually hiring. My company is slow as f*ck doing hirings, we take apps for a few days, call back people about 2 weeks later, have them in for interviews for a couple weeks, take 2 weeks to decide, then offer someone the position to start in 2 weeks.

It's normally 6-10 weeks after we post a position before someone starts working for us.
