Yea, about the same. Sometimes I'll just rinse the veggies. But something like an apple, I'll give that a nice cold no soap scrub.

veggies and fruits of course, but I promise they don't spray insecticide on your meat.

i wash my chicken and fish with lemon & water but that's mainly to get rid of any preservatives and bullshit that's used in packaging
don't wash the beef though
