workout crew: protein shaker mixers
im tired of using my old braun hand mixer cause it spills sometimes since i just put the hand mixer right into the supplied cup it came with. i was thinking about getting this b/c it has a cool attachment to it and i like braun quality since my OG hand blender is over 7 years old and still going strong.

if you use a plastic hand shaker, put the water in first and the protein on top... it helps prevent that nasty clumping.
otherwise if i'm at home i just use a regular, cheap blender.
