I'm confused as to why I needed a waiver to get past these pre-requisites for two of my classes this last semester.

I recieved a B- and a C- in the pre-requisite classes while concurently taking the higher classes and recieving an A and A- in both.

I do. but why have them when they clearly arent needed?

I got A's in the higher up classes... and nearly failed one of the pre-requisites.... just doesnt make sense to me

Don't you have placement tests at your school to get out of the pre-reqs??
