Default Sell the Lancer and get the Fit

Sounds like a Fitting idea. I need a more economical car that won't breakdown in the near future. Yay or nay?

I'm not trying to spend any extra money. My car is worth only about 17,000 and the Fit is right around that price h:

hoooooooooooly fuckin moses i had no idea the resale value was that badh:

$17k buys you a nice ass used Accord 6MT, a decent used TSX, and 4-5 grand short of any decent used 2004 TL.

what about an Si? You can get one used for around there. Not my thing but a lot of people like them a lot.

The fit is a lowly entry-level, get a civic and you'll be much happier.

well my lancer is starting to become a money pit, I can feel that shit falling apart. I have to change the timing belt, water pump, four new tires, new front windshield and who knows what else in the near future. I feel I can get aroudn 17k or 18k. I was going to buy the Fit as a DD, but decided not to because I bought a house instead. I'm not really a fan of used cars so I'm thinking of getting a brand new Honda that is economical; so the cars you've listed, Chris, is out the question.

Is having the feeling of buying a new car really worth buying a Honda Fit over an Accord 6MT or TSX? I'm waranteed for another 30k miles bumper to bumper and powertrain I could've afforded a new Fit or Civic easily but they felt like have the car the Accord did. I really liked the TSX but I would've sunk too much money into it making it faster. Go test drive some and tell us how you feel afterwards.
