have you played it?
if you didnt get the special ed i think its 4 cds to install the install files
then you have to install steam
then you have to download and install the decrypted game files IF you have a legit key authenticated from the install files on the disc(s)
then you have to install the game
then you have to update the game to run it
total time at least 2 hrs on a fast connection and fast pc
