Default Yet Another Computer/Networking Question

Is there a problem with using a Linksys router and a wireless adapter from a different company. When I worked at best buy sometimes people would complain that their D-Link wouldn't recognize their Linksys or visa versa. I only ask because I can't find a Linksys Wireless Express card and it looks like I will have to go with another brand. If there isn't problem what brands do you guys suggest?

cards...

but now it looks like it might have integrated wireless...but the tech specs on Dell's website didn't mention it and I don't have the paperwork that came with it.

People complain about D-Link because their products suck.

Should work right out of the box. Sometimes the default settings might be incompatible between brands - but you can change them.

Dlink products have come a long ways and their lower line stuff is still good for home users that need basic needs. Linksys needs to work their shit out before I'll recomend anything other than the WRT54GL and no brands do not matter you can mix and match all you want.
