I HATE phone trees!
That is the BIGGEST pet peeve of mine. I would rather have the please hold rather than...please press 1, please press 2...oh shit you are back to the beginning. Some places have even gotten rid of the "0" option. Then after all that, you get someone that is "thank you for calling....how many I direct your call?" WHAT THE FUCK WAS THE POINT OF THE PHONE TREE THEN!!!!!
