My sister got bumped....
where was she supposed to go?
College tuition payment dates are no joke. They over accept for the fall semester and start chopping dead weight because there's someone else in-line.

I mean its totally bogus
She has everything set up to go to St. Mary's...She went to one of those FAFSA open house days the school has and they help you fill it out...well when she went they gave her the paper FAFSA from last year so she's been workin on gettin that fixed so she gets state aid....Her school was basically paid for without it but every bit helps..
Shit her Senior year isnt even over with yet, and they bumped her

Either that or she can go to Holy Cross.....St. Mary's says they'll let her in for the Spring but why not for the fall anymore...totally :ghey:

St Mary's takes in 100% of it's capacity knowing that 85% will actually attend. So, they take in 115% anticipating that 100% will be filled in the end.
It's a tough lesson that you shouldn't slack or wait on anything. If you have a piece of paper, get rid of it like it were on fire.
