Man in Muleshoe Texas buys 60 cell phones...
is detained and tells authorities that they were to be used as bomb detonators in Iraq and they let him go 
What if he is lying?

that guy with the cell phones and they let him go...that would have been one of those instances...he would have disappeared courtesy of the United States Government...and There was a man in Syracuse Airport arrested for having a blasting cap in his luggage.
