The above mentioned games are fun, but as a fan of fighting games, the presence of Tekken 5 and (most importantly) Virtua Fighter 5 on the PS3 make me drool. I haven't played 5 yet, but VF 4 Evolution was possibly the most perfectly balanced fighting game ever.

Oh yes, and Motorstorm's soundtrack is the definition of "awesome". It's the first action game who's soundtrack has surpassed a Wipeout game (I can't wait for Wipeout Pure and the likely-to-be-forthcoming PS3 version)
