Agreed, and the prosecution's case wasn't that great either. Same jury for the civil and criminal case?

I dont remember anything about that. I don't even know if they can do that. It wouldnt make sense to show a jury half of the evidence. Yea he had the best lawyers money could buy which helped. All I'm saying is unless you were there nobody knows the truth. If he did do it he is getting punished by the way he's beng treated and he'll be punished when his judgement time comes

No, its separate courts separate jury's. The problem with prosecution is that they let themselves get punked.
