"well he did have a crack rock." Thats why he got stopped. Why single out the colored kid. It brings more attention. If the cop wanted to he could have picked on the white kids with a lot less trouble.

 

he didn't have it out, like the other thousand white kids carrying cases in their hands. out in the open. He had a bottle of water (16.9 oz) that was 1/4 full of a weak mixed drink... in his back pocket. We had backpacks of beer, rum, etc. We were DRINKING in front of the cops.

Sure, technically, he was doing illegal shit. But out of everyone doing much more illegal shit, why single out the only non-white kid?

and regardless of what you had, if its illegal then you have no room to bitch....ive been to large "block parties" when i was a minor.... i considered myself to just be lucky when the cops didnt do anything, i didnt consider it the norm that they let me go.
