Haha..I can't help but laugh. Stupid Paris gets 45 days in jail for violating probation. The courts actually set an example out of her imagine that.

ah well that's another story entirely. She'll probably hire someone to serve her time or pay to have a "private suite" so she doesn't have any big mama's try to braid her hair and look for clams :naughty:
Well there you have it. Lets see how it plays out.
Hilton, who parlayed her name and relentless partying into worldwide notoriety, must go to jail on June 5 and she will be allowed no work release, no furloughs, no use of an alternative jail and no electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled after a hearing.

She maintained she was unaware her license was suspended and thought she was allowed to drive for work purposes.

I read about in on MSN. They're not letting her go to work release or any other alternative to jail so she is definitely going to serve time. Guess we'll see how she gets treated though. They cant put her in with population because there will be problems. She will probably go to a cell by herself or be admitted into protective custody

like I said she'll probably be put in a cell by herself and go to recreation by herself and let out for a shower by herself. She will be preyed on if they put her in general pop. Weird her and Joe Francis are friends and now both in jail
