Sounds like things are getting off to a great start! 
If she's not inclined to go somewhere interesting, go for the safe route. Go somewhere that you can get something completely inoffensive. As in, it won't give you bad breath, you won't look like a slob trying to eat it like you would normally eat it, and you won't have to take a crap a couple hours after eating it.
