What is 9/80? Do you just work 9 8-hour days in two weeks instead of 10 8-hour days, yet get paid the same?

Here at Keesler they operate on a compressed work schedule (CWS) every other week - meaning that every other Friday is a day off.

I'm officially "on-duty" from 0500 to 1730 M-F on a full week. Same hours on the CWS but I'm off Friday (like today)
