Default Weird behavior from my parents dog..

I got up to take Pepper outside, and when I walked into the hall I noticed my parents dog sitting in the middle of the hall, face towards the wall and just sitting there.. what's more is that I turned on the light and called out her name a few times before she even responded. She's 9yr's old and has had problems before. Im just wondering if anyone else has ever come across this because Ive never seen her do that before. Im going to watch her for the next week and let my mum know. It just worries me cause last time one of my pets started acting strange she died in less than a week.

I dunno.. just worried I guess.

 For reals though. I've known people's dogs to start freaking out in corners of houses for no reason that were normally very docile dogs. You know barking and growling and snapping their teeth. Its quite spooky to witness.

Well yeah, but it's a cat. Knowing her she is plotting some diabolical plan and is staring at a wall as cover.

Both my dogs stared at the same area of room before breaking out of a trance.
