When did you buy it? The T3 tourmaline website shows a 48 month warranty on it?

yah i emailed them already...just waiting for a response so i can take the next step...it's just inconvenient to have to send them the dryer...get a new 1..and wait..in the mean time..wat am i gonna use??? argh

Does everyone at the salon know that it was used and broken?
Maybe someone there will let you use an extra one or something until you can get yours back.
