sylar had the freezing power the very first time we heard about him. when we meet parkman, it's at the house where he finds the little girl in the closet, and her dad is frozen.

i don't think they have yet, but will soon.

Maybe sylar kills girl in the skirt that can create illusions puts an illusion around peter, hiro doesn't know, he freezes time, slashes sylar (peter) time un-freezes, yatta!!! :eek3:
