1.8. What is the cost of this service, and will it affect tuition rates? Students receive this service for free as a part of their overall information technology-related services that are partially funded by the University's Information Technology Fee. There will be no increase in the fee as a result of this service. Faculty and staff are eligible to subscribe to the service at the discounted price of $6.95 per month, which they will pay for personally.

Unless you can prove this is your account (and NOT STOLEN) ... locked.

also ...
2.5. Can I save music files to my hard drive or burn them on CDs? Thousands of tethered downloads are available and may be saved on your computer's hard drive. You may also purchase permanent copies of songs from Napster and then burn them to CDs or transfer them to a Napster-supported MP3 player via the service.

You'll need to remove the digital rights block on the MP3's to make them play. Without the Napster license on your PC's media player, this stuff won't play.
