I really don't think it's that bad. I'd just leave it the way it is.

Definitely the same area...not sure if its the exact same one. Thats if youre refering to what happened during the 89 quake.

i was thinking the same, wasnt this span the new cypress? ...but i wasnt exactly sure of the location.

in any case, that is quite a fire to melt part of the freeway

The Cypress in Oakland also fell over in 89.
