u really dont need supplements if u will exercise and diet consistently. the wt will come off in time. exercise in the morning before u eat breakfast. that will burn the fat that is, at its highest levels, circulating in your blood and lower your triglycerides at the same time. your wt will come off pretty fast. ive been doing this for about 2 months now. kickboxing to include the warm up, exercise and cool down in under an hour. u can have coffee before and during but dont put anything with calories in it. that can make the liver stop converting its glycogen stores into energy that u would burn off.
Gotta advise against it. Took ECA stack when I was younger. Has some adverse effects on you. Its like speed. If your gonna take it, take it for the summer then stop but don't go overboard with it, not good for your heart and thats not just some BS, you can honestly hurt yourself with this is your overdoing cardio while taking it or in extreme heat
