With a job like that and he is worried that his VISA limit is nearing?

I think he should have taken the $3k and shut the fuck up.

a fucking judge no less....this guy is a absolute and complete asshole. they lost a pair of pants, which apperently they have found now, and they even offered to pay him 15k at one point to replace and he still said no.

yea, i hope this gets thrown out. if i was this korean family i would be looking into countersuing for something, possibly for court fee's as we know this is costing them a fortune ... fucking pathetic

no the $150 was a prior event on '02

this is a second instance years later

edit: i dearly hope that he isnt voted into position as a judge again....thats absolute stupidity that a judge in the US system of law would bring something like this about

so lets say someone sued me for $65 million. i got about $200, (mainly because i got paid today). how exactly do they get money from me?

do i just pay them a certain ammount every time i get a check?

Yeah... they can also possess and liquidate property as well... declaring bankruptcy can help you preserve your property, but I have no idea about the specifics of bankruptcy laws...
