when im working at the bar i do it all the time. the one female bartender is smoking hot and she has a bf but we flirt constantly. i dont think anything of it, we never go overboard and we know that one of us in a relationship and her bf even has been around when shes gotten really flirty with me...

hell i sent her flowers for sweetest day because her bf refused to....it worked out great for her because he got so jeolous he showed up the next week we worked together with flowers and a teddy bear for her. he was cool with me about it, razzed me for forcing him to go out and get her flowers
