You think thats the only problem with them?

IFS has to be yanked for a solid axle swap, engine tossed, tranny tossed, transfer case tossed, electrical stripped out...at that point I would be so deep into it I wouldn't be able to afford the other actual amenities I would need in a long distanc off road trip.

Now you get it

Was thinking the 4bt swap using an SM420 with dual toy cases to built FJ axles should do the trick.

would like a 6bt but it's a squeeze to get it in and you have to swap to 1 ton axles and an Atlas to handle the torque.

I suppose i could just go hit up a pair of rockcrusher 60s for $3700 a piece but then it's drivelines and money to do the swap h:
