A few weeks ago when I went down to get the bad news from Dave, he was being a real big prick about the situation and didnt feel bad about screwing me at all. So, since I didnt have the time or resources to do it myself or take it elsewhere, I was a prick right back. After a nice yelling match, I contacted the CC company and the BBB..

Anywho, I got all my money back, and interest, and as far as I know the motor swap is still sitting in his shop.

My mind was changed for me regarding this, I was all set and ready to have them do it, but then when they told me what was gonna happen, I was just exploring my options.

This was the most convienant and more sensible route for me to take given my current situation.
