Default computer guys: what's a fair price for this setup?

looking to sell my mobo/CPU/ram/video card and upgrade my setup.

intel D845PEBT2 mobo- 533mhz FSB, SATA, on board LAN, digital audio, 4x AGP
intel P4 2.53ghz processor with cooler master JET
1.5gb of kingston DDR 333mhz RAM
Nvidia GeForce FX5600 (256mb DDR)

what could i sell the whole setup for?

does the fact that i'm probably selling it to my dad who makes $150k/yr have any effect on what i should ask for it?

cause he'd rather buy the parts from me and build a machine than buy a pre-built one from dell/hp, and he knows my stuff has been taken care of.

i'd give it to him if he was gonna help me pay for my new setup. i dunno about you, but i can't afford to give away $200-300 bucks.
