Default Recent Programs v.Blank

Bloody hell. A few days ago I noticed that my recent/most used programs list was blank. No programs will come up on it. I'm not sure why this is happening. I hadn't installed any new programs or changed any major settings when this happened.

Anyone have any fixes?

I'm not using a skin. Perhaps you were thinking I was on Linux. I'm on XP right now.
I'll have to look for a restore point. Thanks, I didn't think of it.

Yeah. You were think I was on Linux right now. Sorry. Linux doesn't have a frequently used programs list. I'm on XP.

I've done the things that this site says to do. It still isn't working properly. http://windowsxp.mvps.org/startmfu.htm
