I have a Samsung i730 on Verizon. It's $40 a month for my voice plan and $40 a month for unlimited data on their EVDO network. I have last months bill here I used 63MB, which is about average when I'm not traveling and using the phone as a modem for my laptop.
If you don't get unlimited data, watch your useage becuase the rates once your hit your limit are pretty extreme.
