What kind of shoes is everybody using?

 

I went with a pair of Adidas response light 4's, cheaper and better made than Nike running shoes.

 

I have Shox. Love them

 

Today = 4.17 mi. Friend's GPS, mine ran out batteries.



Total = 32.85 mi

If someone could post a screenshot of the Nike+ thing that'd be awesome. Just wanted to see where everyone is h:

 

I did another 7.2 miles. I did 2.1 miles 2 days ago and then 5.1 miles today. I'm too lazy to take pics and don't really care about being the winner or anything. I just thought I would share it with you guys.

That brings my total to 24.673 miles.

I was pretty lazy during finals and just started running again. For some reason my right knee is sore and tight after running today. I'm going out to get some joint vitamins. My wife took them before for her knees and they helped. I hope this doesn't become and ongoing problem.

I just plugged the adapter into my nano and it said that the current addition is not compatable with this ipod.

i'm gonna be pissed...

 

you have to update the ipod software

Anybody have trouble with their ipod finding the sensor the first time?

 

Just did another 3 miles today and my knee is really killing me. I may have to lay off of it a bit but I was hoping to drop a few more pounds this week. I'd like to break into the 150's before I go on the trip.

Anyway...my total is now 27.673 miles

 

No GPS again today, but on previous runs the course is 5.40 mi.
Total = 38.25 mi
