I have an assignment to create a children's story and also illustrate it.


I need some ideas of what to write the story on. This should be appropriate for children in grades K-3.

I was thinking something about a dog :dunno:

I'm horrible at thinking of ideas for things like this.

how bout a bee that gets lost and need to find it's way to the hive. on it way he meet all these different peeps like ant(working 100% of the time), crickets(play music all the time), ect...

Write about a bunch of kids trying to figure out why a some pigs have crooked tails, You can have 3-4 kids in the book tell their version of the story...

 

Write about a monster that eats little kids who don't pick up their toys, eat their vegetables, listen to their parents, or go to bed on time.

 

And call him, "Emodmah"

 

spider weaving, Fireflies racing, and make Butterflys gay.

 

somehow ... have the bee bring along one of these doods from each group back to the hive.

in the end, all of their individual skills could be used for something really cool when put together.




it'll be a story about making new friends, trying something new, and team work.
