I didn't feel like having to type it all out.

We made arrangements for payments to be taken out on 3-30 and 4-13. The payment for 3-30 actually came out a couple days later which would have been good but a deposit that we made didn't go through in time so that payment was returned. I called them and told them what happened and they said it would take several days for that payment to be returned to them so I should overnight a check to them, which I did. Well, the next day the check they said would take several days to go through again went through so I called them and told them that it went through and they should cancel the personal check I mailed when it comes in and keep the payment going through that was setup for the 30th. That was this past Friday. When I spoke to the woman, she said she would call me back and never did and today, I noticed that the check that they told me they wouldn't cash (the one I mailed to them) was cashed and since there would not be money to cover it in my account until this coming Friday (the 13th :eek3), my account was now negative.

So no, I wasn't calling them to make a payment. I was calling to bitch at them about a payment that went through that shouldn't have.

 

How hard is it? I was not calling to make a payment so my contrary statement was accurate. "Indirectly" was meant for the check that went through that shouldn't have (read the above post.)
