Those are Tarantula Hawks, you see them during the summers in AZ, not uncommon seeing those fuggers flying around with a Tarantula.

Basically, they take the spider back to the burrow, lay an egg, then the egg hatches and eats the spider. Neat part is that the spider is alive this entire time h:
