55HP, Geo Metro. Runner up, Civic CX with 68HP. The Civic felt slower than the Geo. h:

a 70 something Mustang II with the 4 cylinder engine in it.

It actually was something like 85hp but the car weighed at least 2800 pounds so it was gutles as all fuck.

1993 Ford Tempo. I think it had like ~90 hp.

Oh shit I totally forgot about the 58 Bug I had with the factory 1200cc motor in it...but it actually got up and went pretty well.

^ yea the old bugs get up and go pretty well. Mainly because they weigh (sp?) like 1300 lbs.
