Umm..not sure what you think you are trying to prove but considering the term has been around since at least the late 40s I would have to say no it is not an "emo" term. It is a term of absolute defiance of everyone and everything with a don't give a fuck attitude. Generally the people wearing it as a tat are far from whiney bitches and are more than willing to show you their disdain.
