No, you're wrong. Depends on the goal. If the goal is to move out, then that's the right move. If the goal is to drive an S2K, living with your parents is the best move. Obviously that's his perogative :dunno: not mine certainly.

Driving a flashy car and living with the rents < Living in your own apartment and paying your own bills

I also drive a Corolla on the weekdays

It still doesn't detour the fact after the long block is placed in there your car is still a piece...

True enough :dunno: College is expensive, I pay for it, my parents don't, I pay a certain amount each month to help with me living there, oh the fuck well, I still live with my parents.

I fail to see the burn... I'm not about to go buy a house right now to prove I make enough to live on my own...

You pay how much in payments and full coverage insurance on that thing? I am guessing close to $400 a month.

Seems pretty frivolous to me.

If you honestly think replacing the engine is good enough to last you longer go for it. I'm just saying it isn't worth it to pay for a replacing when the possibility of it going to shit on you is high. It's a used engine :dunno: Of course I could be wrong and it'll last you for 20 more years, and I'll eat my words if I am.

Less than $1,000 for both cars every 6 months full coverage. Less than $1,000 a month for payment on both cars.

EDIT:

I do see the point some of you guys make, I'm sure most people would go a different route....

great

this thread needs to move back to the topic of how f22b is an idiot for paying $3000 to modify a 92 Prelude when he probably could have just sold it and bought the VTEC model for less.

It's more fun to talk about Rico and his choice to invest his money into two depreciating assets and live at home sucking mommys tit rather than spend that money growing up and learning how to live life on his own.
