its ok tark....i found out last night my great great grandmas parents immigrated from germany to canada in the mid 1800's and she was born in canada actually and moved to the US at 18....
all i know is thank god both her parents were straight up german...i couldnt handle actually being canadian

I break off the top and then break it into pieces to eat as I drink coffee or tea. One little coffee shop I go to has a Cinnamon Coffee Cake muffin that's great.

That's my heritage also...My Father's family way back when was kicked out of Canada by the English.
My mother was German...
So this makes me a German French Canadian American...awk I don't know who I owe my allegiance to...

seriously though, last night i found this university of michigan website that has everyone from my dad all the way to my great great great grandparents who came over from germany and beyond. has birthplaces, dates, deaths, marriages, children....
