I gotta admit, this freakin kid across the street has a fart can on this 5th gen accord coupe. Every time he drives by, I yell ricer. It's so annoying.
You are seriously the last person on this fucking earth that should call another person a ricer. Hypocrite.

I'm sure you have that somewhere in your oh-so-important day.
Who said I modified my car? I haven't done anything to it, it's the way I bought it. There you go assuming shit again. And no I don't have 116 bucks or 45 minutes. I go between work and school from 8 am to 5:30. Mechanic shops are closed by the time I can get to them. On weekends I am usually traveling to NYC to be with my girl so I need my car. And why the hell would you throw in that comment about me thinking my day is important. I never said it was, I'm just trying to make shit work so I can have a decent life. You're a fucking dick.

Maybe you shouldn't have bought a modified car then? If you can't take the heat, get out the kitchen.

Your argument for a passenger car vs a motorcycle is invalid, different classes. It would be like comparing your passenger car to an 18 wheeler...not the same. There are different laws and vehicle code regulations for the different vehicle classes. You should pick up a vehicle code book and read it thoroughly before you try and have your way with the law...might learn a thing or two and save yourself from looking like a dumbass. Just because you think it's a "good point" that your car isn't louder than a harley, that doesn't mean it correlates with the law.

If the vehicle code states that in your state it is illegal to modify the exhaust of a passenger car to emit more noise than stock, then you are breaking the law. Like it or not, that's the way it is.

Find the ordinance covering exhaust noise and how it's is measured, how far away and from what direction, and what device is used, subjective definition shouldn't be allowed.

Like I said before, the exhaust note is not much higher than stock and that is pretty much the only modification that has been done to it. We should be able to have the things in life that we want and that we work so hard for, but when police profile you because of what you drive, there's something really wrong with the law.

Registration on your windshield doesnt have your name and or address just the vehicle VIN and model and stuff.

Based on that registration sticker they dont know if its your car or not.

That looks like your stock exhaust. I would just try and fight it and tell them the muffler is stock which clearly looks like it is.

Plus, cops upstate are bored and are really stupid. They must of went crazy when they saw your car ride by them

My cop buddy gave me some really good advice. He told me to go register my car and get a license in the state of MA. It will basically start me off with a clean slate and police will be less likely to pull over a car from out of state. I could just register under my sister's address.
