So I'm working at the hotel right now. It's 2 am and this couple just sneaked into the pool area so that they could use the hot tub, even though it's been closed since 11. They didn't even ask me. 
So what should I do about it?

Liability maybe? It is far more likely that someone will try to go swimming drunk at 3 am than they will at 3 pm. It's really a safety issue more than anything. And noise is another concern.
