figure by the time we are in our 40's or 50's it will be easily attainable, figure a 15 - 20k price tag maybe less

I think i'm gonna have to go with 1. Natural wonders (mountains, canyons, the ocean) and 2. Historic sites / items (St. Augustine's fort, Castles, museum artifacts, shipwrecks)
