Looks like my friend's B20-vtec turbo CRX Si. Only difference is his is twice as fast but twice as dirty.

po mans ITR....also then he can use the obd-0 pr3 intake manifold to keep it obd-0 compliant.

but p72>pr3, even if it isn't ported the added compression more than makes up for it... he should have used the stock head with the new guts, he'd probably be making more like 180

don't even get me started on the pr3 p72 debate......its not about the guts for the head swap to obd0, its the intake manifold and TB which won't fit on the gay p72's oddball intake manifold bolt pattern.

i'd imagine you could just convert to OBD-I from the getgo, wouldn't you just need a dizzy adapter and conversion harness?
