true enough, but people know better that to go out during a blizzard, people still drive during monsoons and get swept away thinking a half a foot of water won't carry their car, or go over a a puddle and realize it's 10' deep.... we call those idiots

we have those too, but with snow you dont have rapidly moving forces of nature such as a river


i drive in anything..snow aint gonna stop meh:

but then i grew up in it and i know how to drive in heavy snows
