I hate them and the annoying itching mark they leave behind

No went out shooting and noticed a tick on my belly. Yanked him off me and burned him with a cig (no I wasn't smoking) but now I am left with that nasty scar they leave behind for a week or so.

Yeah I am keeping an eye on it but so far just the normal hardened spot with a slight pus and no soreness in the joints or anything.

Somehow i've managed to avoid ticks so far, thank god.
My father in law has lyme disease, he's not happy. He lives up in Grass Valley, Ca and was a contractor but had to quit due to fatigue and joint/muscle pain.

I've had ticks before. The worst one I ever got was on my inner thigh between leg and ballsack

I used to get them all the time when I was a kid in Nebraska and northern Cali but this is the first one since I was probably 9 or so.
