Default workout crew: inner/upper chest?

what are the best exercises to put on mass in the inner/upper chest area? i know incline bench/dumbell press works upper chest, but i'm only gaining mass on the outer/upper chest. i want some cleavage! h:

Cables. The workout where you stand in the middle of the two cable pulleys, and pull them up, and cross them.

Use the old joe weider weight lifting method. using dumbells on incline decline and flat bench, contract the muscles for an additional 3 seconds at their peak.

Example - decline fly - 75 lb dumbell 3 count up, squeeze for 3 and down in 2.

Help activate any muscle fibers not already being used. Think of it as a max push with lower weights.

I use that method with all strength training and it definitely works.

Honestly, you just need to keep lifting.

Recruitment of muscle fibers comes with time and hard work. You can't really target the outer regions of a muscle when the area before it hasn't developed.

You can make your core chest workout incline and do everything else around it, but it takes time, no amount of flyes are going to suddenly make you gain inner pec mass.
