This points out an interesting point...
[SPOILER="Hmm"]How did a dock and submarine end up inside the barracks, when there is a sonar security system surrounding that part of the island? If the sub is outside the perimiter, how did Locke, Alex, Jack, Juliet et al get there? If they went underground to go under the security system, how do you explain Rousseau getting there where she is watching Alex?[/SPOILER]
