Im not deaf, I just cant hear a certain frequenzy range.. i believe the lady said 2000hertz. Words and letters are good, I can ace that part.

i have almost zero feeling on the lower right quadrant of my face.....from the center of my upper lip to the corner & the lip down to my chin....leftover nerve damage from my near-fatal motorcycle wreck may 14,2k5
