Default Should I really buy a PS2?

I had one before and sold it. But I am seriously addicted to Fifa 2007. I am debating whether or not to buy one. $120 + $30 game...

or used for old boxy style used $80.

Start the console without a game in. Go through the console settings and see if you can find a resolution setting, if you can it should be able to be set up to 1080i with the use of component video cables. If you can't find it, it isn't there.

Am I the only one aware of this??

I'd suggest a fliptop too. h:

even with the HDA + HDD, you still have no way to access a dvd-/+r disc.

I like the PS2 brick more than the PS2 slim

For just one game, I'd say it isn't worth it.

For me I used to have a fatty w/ flip top and swap magic. The laser died, so I replace with with a slim w/ magic keys and the same swap magic discs.

I prefer the slim w/ magic keys to the fliptop fatty fat fat. Maybe my fliptop was just cheap, but it was not a perfect fit.
